Some Notes on Water
Boarding
► In 1983 the Justice Department charged a
Texas Sheriff and 3 deputies with violating civil rights of prisoners by forcing
their confessions by "subjecting prisoners to a suffocating water torture ordeal
that generally included placing a towel over the nose and mouth of the prisoner
and pouring water in the towel until the prisoner began to move, jerk, or
otherwise indicate that he was suffocating, and, or drowning". All
were convicted and the Sheriff was sentenced to ten years in prison.
►
Four retired military judge advocate generals, rankled
by Attorney General nominee Michael Mukasey’s equivocation over the legality of
water boarding, condemned the interrogation method today, calling it “inhumane”
and “illegal." They also offered pointed criticisms of Mukasey, suggesting that
his reluctance to denounce water boarding as torture amounted to “both an
affront to our law and to the core values of our nation.” “In this instance, the
relevant rule -- law – has long been clear: Water boarding detainees amounts to
illegal torture in all circumstances."
►
Daniel Levin was to write. "Water boarding is
torture," Daniel Levin was no theorist and no protester. He was no troublemaking
politician. He was no table-pounding commentator. He was an acting assistant
attorney general in the Office of Legal Council, who volunteered to undergo
water boarding, when asked by Justice to determine if it could constitute
torture. In late 2004 he reported to the White House that it did constitute
torture and was promptly forced out of the Justice Department after making his
report by Alberto Gonzales. Gonzales said he removed him becuse he was too
independent and not someone who could be counted upon.
►
Water boarding was developed during the Inquisition,
used by the French in Algiers, the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia, and the Nazi Gestapo
in WW2. The U.S. has condemned both the Khmer Rouge and the Gestapo for using
the technique. U.S. soldiers were court martialed in the Philippines during WW2
for using water boarding. It has been illegal for over 200 years of American
history and 500 years of world history.

Prophet Yahweh Update
His new summoning center was burned down, his storage unit was
burglarized, his computer was hacked revealing all his credit card information,
all his passwords, and entire life history, and his DSL connection company in
Las Vegas was hacked into, specifically to make his connection spotty. He is
receiving several strange calls a day from a number 00000000000, etc, the lock
on the parking lot to his headquarters office was cut, his company car was
stolen, and his bank account was emptied. His FTP connection is permanently
blocked, all his major websites are down, and he is receiving death threats. He
thinks his YouTube channel is about to be removed, he thinks he is about to be
arrested, physically attacked or hospitalized from poisoning. He blames MIBs,
come major organization, or strange entity for these attacks. He also claims he
is sure he will be arrested for summoning UFOs over U.S. airspace, posting real
UFO sightings online, and violation of ET Exposure Law because of his
relationship with UFOs. The main reason for this is that he is the real deal,
while everybody is just in it for the money. He claims many people have been
killed for their association with UFOs.

Brain Stimulation Sparks Out-of-Body Experience
Electrodes implanted into the brain to treat a man with a stubborn

Belgium reported on Wednesday. Stimulating the electrodes made the 63-year-old
patient feel like he was outside his body twice, for 15 and 21 seconds, and
allowed the doctors to use a PET scanner to track which parts of the brain
became active during the experience.
The Ethics and Societal Impact of Nanotechnology
No one disputes that there will be many positive benefits from
nanotech, but what about the bad? Is nanotech ultimately worth the costs, like
electricity and probably nuclear energy? Or is the price too high, as in the
case of asbestos and DDT?

Wake Up Call to American Christians
We are being deceived by Christian
leaders as wolves in sheep's clothing. Closed minds are among the
perpetrators' most valuable assets. It is the closed minds of the vast majority
of unsuspecting church going American citizens -who have allowed themselves to
be brainwashed by the pastors and church leaders along with main stream media.
Many have been lulled into a false sense of thinking war is almost spiritual,
and anyone against war was labeled un-American, liberal or security threat by
the government propaganda campaigns and the spin of Newscasters paid or
influenced by powerful corporations or wealthy billionaires.
