Daniel
Flashing Throne And Wheels
7:9  I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.
            Daniel looks where the throne is set and sees the Ancient of Days sitting.  His garment was pure white and his hair like pure wool..  His throne was glowing brightly and the wheels of the craft were shining and glowing.

Bright, Shining River
7:10  A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.
            A beam of light shown from him, millions served him, and hundreds of millions were in his presence.

Gleaming Face And Shining Eyes
10:6  His body also was like the Beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.
            Daniel encounters a man clothed in linen and he had fine golden armor.  His body was like a jewel, his face was gleaming, his eyes were glowing, his arms and feet were like copper colored metal, and his voice was very loud.

Darkness And Fire
2:2  A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.  3  A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.
              An apparent reference to the sky army.

Amos
Fire From Yhovah
2:l2  But I will send a fire upon Moab, and it shall devour the palaces of Kerioth: and Moab shall die with tumult, with shouting, and with the sound of the trumpet.
            Yhovah sends a destroying fire against Moab.

A Fiery Presence
1:5  The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.  6  Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him. 
            Fire, or rather some form of light energy ray, is used as a weapon.

Glowing Chariots Or Automobiles?
2:4  The chariots shall rage in the streets, they shall justle one against another in the broad ways: they shall seem like torches, they shall run like the lightnings.

Habakkuk
Brilliant Rays Of Light
3:4  And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power.   5   Before him went the pestilence, and burning coals went forth at his feet.
            Brightness = brilliancy.  Light = illumination.  Horn = rays of light.  Burning coals = gleam. 

Glowing Arrows And Brilliant Gleaming Spears
3:11  The sun and moon stood still in their habitation: at the light of thine arrows they went, and at the shining of thy glittering spear.
            The sun and the moon stopped.

Matthew  
A Moving And Hovering Star
2:9  When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it  came and stood over where the young child was.
            A star moves through the sky and hovers over Jesus.

A Very Bright Cloud Hovers
17:5  While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
            A radiant cloud enveloped them in a brilliant haze and the Father spoke from the cloud.

Jesus Will Fly, Shining From The East
24:27  For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

A Glaring White Angel Descends
28:2   And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.  3  His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:   4  And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men.
            A great, shining angel, dressed in pure white clothing, descends from the sky.

The Transfiguration Cloud
9:1  And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power.  2  And after six days Jesus taketh with him Peter, and  James, and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them.  3  And his raiment  became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them.  4 And there appeared unto them Elias with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus.  5  And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.  6  For he wist not what to say;  for they were sore afraid.  7  And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.  8  And suddenly, when they had looked round about, they saw no man any more, save Jesus only with themselves. 
            This is known as the “Transfiguration”.  Jesus tells his apostles that some of them will see the realm of God before they die.  Jesus is praying and his appearance changes.  His clothes became pure white and gleaming.  Two men appear with Jesus and a cloud enveloped them with a brilliant haze and suddenly the two men disappear.
