JESUS IS TAKEN UP         
            1:2  Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen.
            Jesus ascends into the sky.  See   Subjects : BEINGS

JESUS IS TAKEN UP INTO A CLOUD
            1:9  And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
            Jesus is taken up into the bottom of a cloud and they lost sight of him.  See   BEINGS

JESUS WILL RETURN IN THE SAME CLOUD
            1:10  And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;  11  Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
            Two men who suddenly appeared stated that Jesus who they just saw ascending into the sky would return from the sky in the same way they just witnessed.    See   FLIGHT  and   BEINGS

JESUS WAS TAKEN UP
            1:22  Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection.
            This is a reference to the ascension of Jesus into the sky.  See   BEINGS
 
BEAMS OF LIGHT FROM THE SKY
            2:2  And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. 3  And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. 
            Suddenly the sound of a mighty rushing wind came from the sky.  Beams of light rested on each one of them.  See  TECHNOLOGY

WONDERS IN THE A SKY
            2:19   And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
            Peter is referring to thee prophecy of Joel concerning signs and phenomenon in the sky.  See  TECHNOLOGY
           
DAVID NOT ASCENDED INTO THE SKY
            2:34  For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
            David had not ascended into the sky.  See   FLIGHT

FLASHING LIGHT IN A BUSH 
            7:30  And when forty years were expired, there appeared to him in the wilderness of mount Sina an angel of the Lord in a flame of fire in a bush.
            This is referring to the first recorded encounter of Moses with the Elohiym.  See   VEHICLES  and  TECHNOLOGY

GOD DESCENDED
            7:34  I have seen, I have seen the affliction of my people which is in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and am come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send thee into Egypt.
           Recounting the act of Yhovah descending to free the nation of Israel from Pharaoh.  See   FLIGHT
            
THE SKY IS THE THRONE OF KURIOS
            7:48  Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet,  49  Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest?
            The Greek word 'kurios' meaning supreme in authority or controller is the word translated into Lord who is saying the sky is his throne.  See   VEHICLES

SPIRIT SEIZES AND TRANSPORTS PHILLIP
            8:39  And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.  40  But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Caesarea.
            Phillip suddenly disappears only to reappear later.  He is said to have been seized by the spirit but nothing more specific.  If this is not an unusual incident he was beamed up into one of the vehicles.  See   BEINGS

SHINING FLASHING LIGHTS 
            9:3   And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: 4  And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?
            Jesus who uses bright flashing lights from the sky to get his attention confronts Paul.   See  TECHNOLOGY

AN UNSEEN SPEAKER
            9:7  And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.          
            The men with Paul are baffled by the fact that they are hearing a voice but can see no speaker. See  TECHNOLOGY

AN APPARATUS DESCENDS FROM THE SKY
            10:11  And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth:
             Peter sees craft descending from the sky.  Vessel = apparatus.  See   VEHICLES

THE APPARATUS ASCENDS INTO THE SKY
            10:16  This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.
            The craft ascended into the sky.  See   VEHICLES

A MAN IN RADIANT CLOTHING
            10:30  And Cornelius said, Four days ago I was fasting until this hour; and at the ninth hour I prayed in my house, and, behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing,
            A man suddenly appears in radiant clothing.  See   BEINGS
            
AN APPARATUS DESCENDS FROM THE SKY
            11:5  I was in the city of Joppa praying: and in a trance I saw a vision, A certain vessel descend, as it had been a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came even to me:

A VOICE FROM THE SKY
            11:9  But the voice answered me again from heaven, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
            A voice speaks from the sky.  See  TECHNOLOGY
           
VERY BRIGHT FLASHING LIGHTS
            22:6   And it came to pass, that, as I made my journey, and was come nigh unto Damascus about noon, suddenly there shone from heaven a great light round about me.  7  And I fell unto the ground, and heard a voice saying unto me, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?  8  And I answered, Who art thou, Lord? And he said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth whom thou persecutest.  9  And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me. 10  And I said, What shall I do, Lord? And the Lord said unto me, Arise, and go into Damascus; and there it shall be told thee of all things which are appointed for thee to do. 11  And when I could not see for the glory of that light, being led by the hand of them that were with me, I came into Damascus.
            Paul says that in the middle of the day very bright luminescent rays began to flash all around him.  See  TECHNOLOGY

A LIGHT FROM THE SKY AS BRIGHT AS THE SUN
            26:13  At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.
            Paul describes the light he saw as being brighter than the sun, which was out at the time which was about noon.  See  TECHNOLOGY
