The Lost Books of the Bible

The truth about the number of books missing from the Bible is directly related to the one making the estimate.  The number ranges from a dozen or so to over 600 but only the authors themselves or the entity inspiring the work could know with certainty the actual original number.  We do know that the Bible is incomplete from direct references in the Bible itself.  The King James translation originally contained the thirteen books known as the Apocrypha, yet these were rejected by the early Protestant leaders.  There is even a little known preface to the King James Bible written for the readers by the translators.  We claim no expertise concerning the authenticity of any biblical text and leave this judgment to the reader.  We do however strongly reject the self-proclaimed authority of any dogmatically obsessed and church controlled mortals who think themselves qualified to make such  decisions.  One of the most logical and realistic concepts in the Bible is the caution that one should prove all things.  We believe that proving the veracity of a given thing is an individual responsibility, which must not, and should not be the duty of
those who think they are better judges, parents and genuine gods excepted.

The two documents presented below are from the translators that completed the translation of the King James Bible.  Almost unknown, to all but seasoned biblical scholars, these documents give an interesting perspective on those directly responsible for what became the best selling book in history.
