Lights and Devices 

The technology of the Elohiym extends beyond flying vehicles, and as with vehicles, light is an integral part of those devices and equipment that are described in Biblical text.

CLOAKING THE GARDEN           
            GENESIS  3:24  So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubim, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
            The cherubim, which appears to be some sort of device rather than a being, is placed to protect the Tree of life in the garden.  This device or devices is described as flashing and either rotating or having a constant 360-degree range of coverage.

ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES
   .        EXODUS  19:16  And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.
            Yhovah lands the flying craft on the mountain with booming noise, flashing lights, and a sound like a loud ram’s horn that strikes fear into the people.  Distinct lights and sounds are now associated with the craft.      

BOOMING SOUNDS  BRIGHT LIGHTS   .       
            EXODUS  20:18  And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar of.
            The noise and lights form the vehicle is so intense the people retreat a distance from it.   

A CONSUMING BEAM OF LIGHT  
            LEVITICUS  9:24  And there came a fire out from before the Lord, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.
              A fire like beam comes from Yhovah consumed the altar and everything on it.        

FIERY SERAPHIM
            DEUTERONOMY  8:15  Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint;
            Seraphim dwell in a great and terrible wilderness. 

YHOVAH SHINES
            DEUTERONOMY  33:2  And he said, The Lord came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a  fiery law for them.  
             In the phrase ' fiery law for them ' , law for them was added. It should say from his right hand went a fire.  The saints may be the first mention of the army that Yahweh commands.  Compare  Num. 10:11.

YHOVAH'S GLOWING SOLID FLYING HOUSE         
            2 SAMUEL  22:12  And he made darkness pavilions round about him, dark waters, and thick clouds of the skies. 13  Through the brightness before him were coals of fire kindled. 
            This appears to be a description of a circular fleet of objects arranged around a main object described as Yhovah’s pavilion or mobile dwelling.  In front of this grouping appear brilliant flashing lights and glowing objects.

FIRE OF YHOVAH  FELL
            1 KINGS  18:38  Then the fire of the Lord fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.
            Fire falls and consumes everything in sight.

BEAM OF FIRE FROM THE SKY
            1 CHRONICLES  21:26  And David built there an altar unto the Lord, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings, and called upon the Lord; and he answered him from heaven by fire upon the altar of burnt offering.
            Fire is directed from the sky to the altar.

BEAM OF FIRE FROM THE SKY
            2 CHRONICLES  7:1  Now when Solomon had made an end of praying, the fire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the Lord filled the house.  2  And the priests could not enter into the house of the Lord, because the glory of the Lord had filled the Lord's house. 3  And when all the children of Israel saw how the fire came down, and the glory of the Lord upon the house, they bowed themselves with their faces to the ground upon the pavement, and worshipped, and praised the Lord, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.
            Fire from the sky shoots directly to the altar.   The splendor of Yhovah is over the house.

FIRE OF ELOHIYM FROM THE SKY  
            JOB  1:16   While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The fire of God is fallen from heaven, and hath burned up the sheep, and the servants, and consumed them; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.
            Fire form the sky destroys the flocks and servants.

ENDLESS LIGHTNING
            JOB  37:3  He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.

YHOVAH DESCENDS WITH VAPORS AND LIGHTS
            PSALMS  18:8  There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it.
            Vapors and lights accompany the descending solid craft.

BRIGHT LIGHTS SHINE BEFORE HIM
            PSALMS  18:12  At the brightness that was before him his thick clouds passed, hail stones and coals of fire.
            Brightness shines before his dense vehicle and are accompanied by glowing objects.

A LIGHT ON THE ARK
            PSALMS  80:1  Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; thou that dwellest between the cherubims, shine forth.
            Between the cherubims is referring to the two covering cherubims on the Ark of the Covenant. 

A LUMINOUS GLEAM
            PSALMS  97:4  His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.
             Yhovah's gleaming lights make the worlds inhabitants tremble.  Lightnings = luminous.  Enlightened = gleam.

GLEAMING SERVANTS
             PSALMS  104:4  Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:     
Yhovah makes his angels angels, (it's there twice), and his servants flashing fire.  Flaming  = flash.  This presents the possibility that there is another form of being serving the Elohiym besides the angels.  See Hebrews 1:7  

THE NIGHT SHINES
            PSALMS  139:12  Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.
            The night shines as the day

FLYING SERAPHIM           
            ISAIAH  14:29  Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.
            Fiery and serpent = seraphim.  

FLYING SERAPHIM
            ISAIAH  30:6  The burden of the beasts of the south: into the land of trouble and anguish, from whence come the young and old lion, the viper and fiery flying serpent, they will carry their riches upon the shoulders of young asses, and their treasures upon  the bunches of camels, to a people that shall not profit them.
            Fiery and serpent = seraphim.  

STREAM OF BURNING SULPHUR
           ISAIAH  30:33  For Tophet is ordained of old; yea, for the king it is prepared; he hath made it deep and large: the pile thereof is fire and much wood; the breath of the Lord, like a stream of brimstone, doth kindle it.
            A shaft of light resembling sulphur sets the wood on fire. Stream = shaft.  Kindle = burn.

DESCENDING FLASHING SPINNING FLYING VEHICLES
            ISAIAH   66:15  For, behold, the Lord will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
            Yhovah comes with fire and vehicles like whirlwinds and shows his anger with flashing fire.

FLASHING FIRE
            LAMENTATIONS  2:3  He hath cut off in his fierce anger all the horn of Israel: he hath drawn back his right hand  from before the enemy, and he burned against Jacob like a flaming fire, which devoureth round about.          
            A flashing consuming fire consumes all around it.

GLOWING FLASHING LIGHTS
            EZEKIEL  1:13  As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning.
            The devices were glowing and there were bright flashing lights in the center of them.

FLASHING LIGHTS
            EZEKIEL  1:14  And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.
            The devices were flashing and moving back and forth.

YHOVAH APPEARS AS BRIGHT GLOWING METAL 
            EZEKIEL  1:27  And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about.
            He had the appearance of polished metal and he glowed brilliantly all around from head to toe.

BRILLIANCE AND RAINBOWS
            EZEKIEL  1:28  As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord.   And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.
            The brilliance all around Yahweh was like a rainbow and I heard him speak.

YHOVAH  APPEARS BRILLIANT AND METALLIC
            EZEKIEL  8:2  Then I beheld, and lo a likeness as the appearance of fire: from the appearance of his loins even downward, fire; and from his loins even upward, as the appearance of brightness, as the colour of amber.
            Yhovah has the appearance of brightly glowing polished metal.    

WHEELS AND CHERUBIM
            EZEKIEL 10:6  And it came to pass, that when he had commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the wheels, from between the cherubims; then he went in, and stood beside the wheels. 
            Glowing objects are between the wheels.

MOVING DEVICES  
            EZEKIEL 10:7  And one cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubims unto the fire that was between the cherubims, and took thereof, and put it into the hands of him that was clothed with linen: who took it, and went out.
            The indication the cherubim literally grabs a glowing object and literally hands it could be Ezekiel's interpretation of the movements of a mechanical device.  

FLASHING THRONE AND WHEELS
             DANIEL  7:9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.
             Ezekiel looks where the throne is set and sees the Ancient of Days sitting.  His garment was pure white and his hair like pure wool.  His throne was glowing brightly and the wheels of the craft were shining and glowing.
 
 BRIGHT SHINING RIVER
             DANIEL  7:10  A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.
             A beam of light shown from him, millions served him and hundreds of millions were in his presence.
 
 GLEAMING FACE AND SHINING EYES
             DANIEL  10:6  His body also was like the Beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.
             Daniel encounters a man clothed in linen and he had fine golden armor.  His body was like a jewel, is face was gleaming, his eyes were glowing, his arms and feet were like copper colored metal, and his voice was very loud.
 
SIGNS IN THE SKY
             JOEL  2:30   And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.  31  The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come.
             Yhovah will display wonders in the sky including fire and smoky clouds.
 
 A FIERY PRESENCE
             NAHUM  1:6  Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him. 
             Fire or rather some form of light energy ray is used as a weapon.
 
 BRILLIANT RAYS OF LIGHT
             HABAKKUK  3:4  And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power.   5   Before him went the pestilence, and burning coals went forth at his feet.
             Brightness = brilliancy.  Light = illumination.  Horn = rays of light.  Burning coals = gleam.
             
 A GLARING WHITE ANGEL DESCENDS
             MATTHEW  28:2  And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.  3  His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:  4  And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men.
             A great angel descends from the sky dressed in pure white clothing and shining. 
 
 BEAMS OF LIGHT FROM THE SKY
             ACTS  2:2  And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. 3  And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
             Suddenly the sound of a mighty rushing wind came from the sky.  Beams of light rested on each one of them.
 
 SHINING FLASHING LIGHTS 
             ACTS  9:3   And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: 4  And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?
             Jesus who uses bright flashing lights from the sky to get his attention confronts Paul.    
 
 VERY BRIGHT FLASHING LIGHTS
             ACTS  22:6   And it came to pass, that, as I made my journey, and was come nigh unto Damascus about noon, suddenly there shone from heaven a great light round about me.  7  And I fell unto the ground, and heard a voice saying unto me, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?  8  And I answered, Who art thou, Lord? And he said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth whom thou persecutest.  9  And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me. 10  And I said, What shall I do, Lord? And the Lord said unto me, Arise, and go into Damascus; and there it shall be told thee of all things which are appointed for thee to do. 11  And when I could not see for the glory of that light, being led by the hand of them that were with me, I came into Damascus.
             Paul says that in the middle of the day very bright luminescent rays began to flash all around him.
 
 A LIGHT FROM THE SKY AS BRIGHT AS THE SUN
             ACTS  26:13  At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.
             Paul describes the light he saw as being brighter than the sun, which was out at the time which was about noon.
 
 WHITE HAIR AND FLASHING EYES
             REVELATIONS  1:14  His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; 
             Jesus has white hair and his eyes were like flashing lightning.
 
 BRIGHT LIGHTS AND SOUNDS FROM THE THRONE            
             REVELATIONS  4:5  And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.            
             Flashing lights and loud sounds around the throne.  
 
 STRANGE BEINGS ON STRANGE HORSES
              REVELATIONS  9:17  And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.
             It is not clear whether these are actually horses or devices.
 
 A BRILLIANT ANGEL DESCENDS FROM THE SKY
             REVELATIONS  10:1  And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
             An angel descends from heaven standing on a fiery platform.  Pillar = base.
 
 THE TEMPLE AND THE ARK IN THE SKY
             REVELATIONS  11:19  And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
             The temple and the Ark of the Covenant appear in the sky with violent aerial phenomenon.
 
 BRIGHT LIGHTS AND SOUNDS
             REVELATIONS  16:18  And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.  
             Bright lights and sounds accompany the greatest earthquake in history.          
 
 AN ANGEL IN THE SKY SHINES LIGHT RAYS ON THE GROUND
             REVELATIONS  18:1  And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.            
             An angel descending from the sky projects beams or rays of light to the ground.
 
 FIRE FROM THE SKY
             REVELATIONS  20:9  And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
             A fire comes down from the sky.
